These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Widged platform and related services, including the visual widget builder (“Studio”) and published widgets (“Widgets”), operated by Widged (“Widged”, ”widged.io”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using Widged, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Widged. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Widged provides:
You are solely responsible for how you configure, publish and use the Widgets.
To access the Studio, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. When you log in or register, the system may automatically assign you a randomly generated username or display name. You may be able to change this name later in your profile settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at care@widged.io.
Access to certain features of the Studio may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy or another authorized payment provider.
By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with our pricing and billing terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Our services operate on a subscription-based model, where each subscription constitutes a contractual agreement between you (as an individual acting on behalf of a specific organization) and us, for the use of the platform by that organization. Each subscription is tied to a single organization (team) and may not be used to provide services to multiple organizations.
Subscriptions are non-transferable to another individual or organization. Ownership of an organization within the platform may be transferred; however:

When you use Widgets to collect leads or personal data from end users, you act as the Data Controller for such data. Widged acts only as a Data Processor and assumes no liability for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of the content, configurations, or communications you create using our platform.
You are solely responsible for:
Widged and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Widged. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Widged solely for your internal business purposes.
All data, content, and materials that you upload, create, or generate using Widged (“User Content”) remain your exclusive property. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your User Content, including any widgets you create. You are free to reproduce, distribute, embed, and use your User Content as you see fit, including within other products or services.
By using Widged, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to store, process, and transmit your User Content as required to provide, maintain, and improve the service. We do not claim any ownership rights in your User Content and will not use it for any purpose other than as necessary to operate the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Widged at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk.
You may stop using Widged at any time.
Widged is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not provide a legally binding Service Level Agreement (SLA), but we make reasonable efforts to maintain a stable service. You can monitor the current status and any incidents at: https://status.widged.io. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure from vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Your use of Widged is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website. By continuing to use Widged after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
